In an effort to create more opportunities for women in tech roles, Slalom proposed a marketing campaign to hire an AWS cohort around the time of the Grace Hopper Celebration in 2021. I took lead on this project and art directed all aspects of the creative assets involved. Since the need for recording took place during the Covid Pandemic, live video shoots weren't possible, which was a challenge, but we were able to deliver a positive and impactful marketing campaign regardless.
